Very few men are lucky enough in life to meet “the one”. No guy will actually talk about it specifically because it sounds just plain corny – at least to us. Some of us are lucky enough to meet and not recognize her. An even smaller group of us are lucky enough to meet, recognize and be blessed with some attention by her.
For the first time in my life, I am truly lucky. I am lucky to have found her and luckier still to have recognized her for being the epitome of perfection. She is beautiful, intelligent, witty, and everything I have ever or could have ever hoped for. Molly has sacrificed beyond imagining to be with me and to come see me in some of the most dangerous places in the world. She has been the bedrock during some of the most difficult times in my life and has always been supportive. She kept the home-fires lit and burning bright during my middle-east deployments when things were less than pleasant.
I will fight for her honor, happiness and well being every single day for the rest of my life. I will thank her for her patience, understanding and love every day for the rest of my life. She is the most beautiful and amazing girl in the world and one who deserves to be treated as such. Thank you for giving me the honor of being your husband.
